This tutorial explains key areas of the SSI results page to help you interpret your results.
| SSI Result Page Explanation |
1. This area makes sure you have the most recent up-to-date version of SSI released.
2. To get a better understanding of what the section is, you can click on this link and it will take you to our
spyware definitions page.
3. These are the items SSI was able to find of questionable nature within your SSI scan.
Some of these files are harmful to your computer, and designated by a status of Parasite.
Others items may be marked as Unknown.
These Unknown files are items which have not yet been analyzed by our staff.
4. Clicking on these links will take you to a page with custom removal instructions, if that is the course of
action you wish to take with these items.
5. You can click on these images to report to us a False Positive - something that is being improperly identified -
or help us identify things which have a status of Unknown. These are anonymously
sent to our spyware investigative team.
