For software manufactures who have noticed their product(s) incorrectly listed as a parasite, please
fill out the form below.
If you have discovered a false positive within your SSI scan, please report it using the the "report" button immediately following each scan button.
If your software is listed as Unknown or Under Investigation -
it is NOT listed as a parasite. The category simply means the software has not yet been analyzed by our team.
*NOTE: Errors are moved up to the front of the queue so that we can correct them as quick as possiable.
It is very important that an open dialog be maintained between the technican and you to resolve any disputes.
